One of Nigeria’s foremost food and beverages companies, CWAY FOOD AND BEVERAGES within the week organized a Distributor Engagement Program (D.E.P) for her top-performing distributors in northeast II, north-central and northwest regions of Nigeria.
The epoch-making event, which is the maiden edition, was ably championed by the company’s Sales Director, Sapan Pattnaik and his team, and had in attendance renowned business partners in the distribution business in the Nigerian Food and beverages industry.
In the north-west region, the senior regional sales manager, Emmanuel Ikyav appreciated the distributors in attendance for their steady commitment to the CWAY Food and Beverages business under his watch, which has enabled him and his team to grow the business in their region. Emmanuel emphasized that he will continue to ensure that he provides all necessary support to the company’s business partners thereby enabling the achievement of the organization’s objective of mutual growth.
The senior regional sales manager for the company in the north-central region, Chimezie S. Agbo expressed his appreciation to all distributors in his region. In his words, “We could not have come this far without all your support. Yes, we are growing, but there is still room for growth and at CWAY, we are here to work with you and ensure we all grow together”.
The Managing Director, CWAY Food and Beverages, Arun Bhintade reiterated the company’s vision, mission statement and values. He gave his commitment to the distributors present that CWAY will never stop to produce quality products that will remain in demand by Nigerian consumers. He reminisced on the progressive journey of the company from inception, where it is today and the prosperous future that lies ahead of it. He expressed his gratitude to the distributors, noting that the progressive growth the business has recorded could not have been possible without the business partners who have consistently demonstrated loyalty and trust in the company.
During his captivating presentations, Sapan Pattnaik, CWAY Food and Beverages Sales Director spoke on the business’s exponential growth across all brands in the past two years. According to him, this feat could only have been achieved through the resilience and innovative efforts of both the distributors and the company. He hinted that more quality consumer-centric products will be launched for the benefit of all.

Each of the Top 20% categorized distributors in the two regions was presented with awards of recognition with pomp and pageantry alongside durable appliances such as televisions and refrigerators. The number 1 distributor of the company, SUFAYE INV. LTD was presented with a prize of 3 million naira while other cash prizes were given to 5 other jinx-breaking distributors.
In the words of the CEO of SUFAYE Limited, Alhaji Ahmed S. Sufi during his remark said, “This is the first time this kind of engagement will be happening in the food and beverages sector and I really commend CWAY Food and Beverages for this landmark initiative even as my co-business partners and I look forward to more of it.”
With two of this event already held, other regions are expected to play host to their top-performing business partners in weeks to come.
